Ferrous Ascorbate:

• It is an iron supplement used to treat or avoid low iron levels in the blood.
• The absorption of iron from the stomach is increased by ascorbic acid (vitamin C).
• Ferrous ascorbate is used when the amount of iron taken from the diet is not adequate. 

Folic Acid: It is a form of a water-soluble B vitamin

• Used for preventing and treating low blood levels of folate
